5.1-magnitude quake hits 'Ohonua of Tonga: USGS

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted 106 km east of 'Ohonua of Tonga at 18:35:35 GMT Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 4.37 km, was initially determined to be at 21.2992 degrees south latitude and 173.9243 degrees west longitude.
